Penstemon grandiflorus ‘War Axe’

Unique almost succulent grey-blue foliage topped with one of a range of colours.

This exceptional seed strain has very cool grey-blue, rounded, almost succulent foliage. Plants can bloom in a wide range of colours from pink, maroon, reds, purples, and blue to creamy white. Flowers are held on reddish stems. Not the best of cultivar names for marketing purposes, unless you’re a Lord of the Rings or Conan the Barbarian fan, but a unique plant that you will definitely appreciate in your garden if you see fit to take one home.
