Penstemon ‘Midnight Masquerade’ is a tall, cold-hardy, low-maintenance beardtongue bred for its attractive, almost black foliage, a fuller and more refined habit, and consistent and vibrant flower power. It will reach 35 to 40 inches tall with a 28 to 32 inch spread displaying multiple vertical flower spikes of tubular lavender flowers with pure white interiors. Drought and salt tolerant once established. Great for vertical and aesthetic appeal in mixed beds, cottage and rock gardens. Plant in drifts for impressive displays! Hummingbird and pollinator magnet. Deer resistant.
