Paeonia Itoh ‘Pink Double Dandy’

Paeonia 'Pink Double Dandy' has lavender-pink flowers with yellow centres. Itohs are exciting crosses between tree and garden peonies.

Paeonia ‘Pink Double Dandy’ is a delightful Itoh peony with semi-double to double, lavender-pink blooms intensifying towards the yellow centres. Itoh peonies are intersectional hybrids between tree peonies (P. suffruticosa) and garden peonies (P. lactiflora) making outstanding herbaceous perennials with huge flowers in many unusual colours. A mature plant can have over 50 blooms! The foliage is like a tree peony and emerges rich red, gradually turning green.
