Paeonia ‘Garden Treasure’ has semi-double yellow flowers with red centres and lemon fragrance.
Paeonia ‘Garden Treasure’ is a multi-award winning Itoh peony with very large golden-yellow, semi-double flowers surrounding a flush of scarlet at the base and a prominent centre with yellow stamens. Itoh peonies are intersectional hybrids between tree peonies (P. suffruticosa) and garden peonies (P. lactiflora) making outstanding herbaceous perennials with huge flowers in many unusual colours. A mature plant can have over 50 blooms! The foliage is like a tree peony and emerges rich red, gradually turning green.
