Paeonia Garden Candy ‘Simply Scrumptious’ has big, fully double flowers of peachy-yellow and creamy white with pink picotee edges and bright yellow stamens. The compact, rounded plants are 36 inches tall and wide. No staking required. The Garden Candy series was bred to create vigorous double flowered cultivars with vibrant colours. Itoh peonies are intersectional hybrids between tree peonies (P. suffruticosa) and garden peonies (P. lactiflora) making outstanding herbaceous perennials with huge flowers in many unusual colours. A mature plant can have over 50 blooms! The foliage is like a tree peony and emerges rich red, gradually turning green.
