Pachyphytum compactum
Pachyphytum compactum has thick, rounded, pointed, grey-green leaves with white crystal-like markings.

Pachyphytum compactum is an Echeveria relative with thick, rounded, pointed, grey-green leaves with white markings that look like the facets of cut crystal. The leaf tips can flush with purple and plants can develop short stems over time. Please note that the leaves pop off very easily and some leaves may dislodge if you require shipping. However, plants grow quite quickly and won’t take long to fill out again.
