Opuntia polyacantha ‘Browse Pink’
Opuntia polyacantha 'Browse Pink' has bi-coloured red and white spines and dark pink flowers with yellow centres.

Plains prickly pear (Opuntia polyacantha) is found from the Canadian prairies south to northern Mexico. ‘Browse Pink’ has pretty, semi-double ruffled flowers in hot pink with yellow centres. The spines are bi-coloured in red and white providing quite the contrast to its blue-green foliage. A vigorous grower producing a 24 – 36 inch foot clump quite quickly. Plant in full sun in sharply draining soil.
