Nerine are South African bulbs that are a welcome sight in the fall. At this time the flowering stalks of Guernsey lilies rise from the strap-like foliage and open into gorgeous spidery amaryllis-like flowers. ‘Blue Flash’ has beautiful flowers in shades of rich deep pink and, if you squint, you can see shades of blue and lavender too! Plant in full sun in well-drained soil or grow as a pot specimen and protect in winter.
