Narcissus ‘Mrs Langtry’ has elegant, twisted white petals with pale, lemon yellow cups that can age to cream. It is an historical daffodil hybridized pre-1869 by W. Backhouse and shares with other historical daffodils an elegance and informal sensibility leading to a resurgence of interest in old cultivars. Like other daffodils in the large cupped group, it is vigorous.
