Mukdenia rossii ‘Ogon’

Mukdenia rossii 'Ogon' is a rare shade plant with fans of shiny golden foliage and white flowers in early spring.

Mukdenia rossii ‘Ogon’ is a choice selection of this valuable Asian perennial with golden leaves that will light up the front of a shady border. In early spring, branched stalks of small, white (sometimes pink), bell-shaped flowers appear before the foliage. The large, toothed leaves follow. Evenly moist, well-drained soil. Plants will spread slowly from thick rhizomes.
