This dwarf mulberry produces sweet, edible, reddish-black, raspberry-like berries with a slightly sweet and aromatic taste over a very long period from May to September on both old and new wood! Self-fertile. Healthy too! Rich in fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. Does not require any chilling hours to set fruit. Can produce fruit within the first year or planting. Growth habit is 84 inches tall with a 36 inch spread. In containers, expect 60 inches tall with a 24 inch spread. Fabulous for the small garden, in a container on the patio or terrace, in the edible garden and border. Use for preserves, cakes or other dishes. Pollinator attractor.
