‘Cherry Pops’ has cherry-red flowers are held above the highly mildew resistant, upright, foliage. The Sugar Buzz series offers short, compact plants for the front and middle of the border that are smothered in long-lasting flowers. Monarda is native to eastern North America, is easy to grow and multiplies quickly. The flowers’ sweet nectar attracts scores of hummingbirds, butterflies and bees to the garden. The aromatic foliage smells like mint when crushed and can be used to make herbal tea.
