Malus ‘Christmas Pink’ (Red Flesh) – A bright, rosy coloured apple with red flesh. This medium to large apple has translucent skin glowing with the pink aura of the sweet tart flesh beneath. Although it is quite brusk when picked, by Christmas it has become quite sweet, taking on an increasingly intense colour both inside and out. It can get to be watermelon-red inside with pockets of deeper colour near the core enhancing the sweetness. An Albert Etter creation, saved from extinction by Ram Fishman of Green Mantle Nursery. | Rootstock: B.118 (Semi-Dwarf)
