Magnolia ‘Rose Marie’ is a pretty little tree that puts on a great show. This late spring blooming cultivar helps to prolong the season with beautiful, tulip-shaped, light pink petals with darker reverses all around yellow stamens. The blooming period lasts up to six weeks in spring continuing for nearly four weeks further into the season than other varieties. The flowers have a lemon fragrance. Deep green foliage follows the flowers. It is a small tree to 8-10 feet high and 3-4 feet wide perfect for small gardens and large containers.
