Lycoris radiata ‘Plenum’ is a rare amaryllis relative with strap like foliage that emerges in early spring only to go dormant in summer. In late summer, seemingly out of nowhere, spidery, red flowers emerge. In ‘Plenum’ the petals are thinly dissected creating full, ornate clusters. Plant in moist, well-drained soil. Lycoris resent disturbance and can take a little time to start blooming again after planting.
