Blue Velvet (‘Kiev No 8’) is a unique variety with greyish-green, velvet-like foliage on broadly spreading plants that will reach 3-4 feet high and 5-6 feet wide. The fruit is large and tasty. Fragrant, yellow, tubular, spring flowers attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Plant with another late blooming variety for cross pollination. Deer resistant.
