Lobelia speciosa ‘Fan Scarlet’
'Fan Scarlet' sports compact, bronze foliage and a vigorous base-branching habit with scarlet flowers for months on end to delight you and the hummingbirds.

‘Fan Scarlet’ sports compact, bronze foliage and a vigorous base-branching habit with flowers for months on end. Vivid scarlet flowers are borne on dense, strictly upright spikes to two feet tall making it half the height of our favourite ‘Elm Fire’. The Fan Series typically has an earlier bloom time than the species, beginning in midsummer and continuing into fall. Lobelia is an excellent border plant for average tp moist locations and is a hummingbird and butterfly magnet. Winner of the Fleuroselect Gold Medal.
