Liriope muscari ‘Silver Dragon’
Liriope muscari 'Silver Dragon' is a lilyturf with green and white foliage and short spikes of lilac-purple flowers.

Liriope muscari ‘Silver Dragon’ is a lilyturf with tufted, evergreen, grass-like, arching, medium green leaves which are variegated with ivory white margins. Clumps slowly expand by short stolons but are not invasive. Short spikes of tightly packed lilac-purple flower rise just above the leaves in late summer. Shiny black berries persist into winter. Tolerant of most soil types, heat and humidity. Versatile in the garden adding colour and lush texture. Use as a ground cover, lawn alternative for very low foot traffic areas, for erosion control on slopes, in mass plantings, along pathways, at the edge of borders, in containers, and as cut flowers. Popular with many pollinators. Deer resistant.
