Lilium martagon ‘Snowy Morning’
Lilium martagon 'Snowy Morning' has turks cap-shaped flowers that are pure white with a hint of green at the centre.
The martagon is a classic woodland lily with small, delicate, pendant flowers with recurved petals. Lilium martagon ‘Snowy Morning’ (syn. ‘New White’) has pure white flowers with a hint of green at the centre. It will likely grow taller and more vigorously than L. martagon ‘Album’. Great in a part shade or the woodland garden rising above Hosta, Arisaema and Brunnera. Some martagon lilies will take a “year off” especially in the year after being first planted. Dig down carefully to investigate before fretting.
