Lavandula stoechas ‘New Madrid Rose’

Lavandula stoechas 'New Madrid Rose' is a compact Spanish lavender with deep pink flowers and rose-pink "wings".

‘New Madrid Rose’ Spanish lavender is a gracefully compact, free-flowering Lavandula stoechas that is well-branched with nice green foliage. It has short spikes of small, deep pink flowers with bright, rose-pink sterile bracts which look like wings fluttering above the flower clusters. Spanish lavender is less hardy than the English lavenders but begins to bloom very early in the season and can keep on blooming for months.
