Lapidaria margaretae

Lapidaria margaretae has succulent leaves in 1 or 2 pairs per plant. They are silver-blue to silver-white often edged with yellow.

Lapidaria margaretae, the Karoo rose, is from a monotypic genus related to Lithops from Namibia and adjacent South Africa. Its succulent leaves can occur in 1 or 2 pairs per plant. They are silver-blue to silver-white often coloured yellow along the leaf edges. The yellow flowers appear in summer. Unlike the photo taken to illustrate the variation in the variety, our plants are potted one per pot. If you order multiples, we will select a contrasting range of colours/forms.
