Kirengeshoma koreana

Kirengeshoma koreana is a tall herbaceous plant with serrated maple-like leaves and creamy yellow bell flowers.

Kirengeshoma koreana (also known as K. palmata Koreana Group) is a tall stately to arching herbaceous plant from the Hydrangea family for the shade garden with wonderful serrated maple-like leaves and elegant creamy yellow tubular-bell shaped flowers in summer and fall that never seem to fully open. A must for woodland and shade gardens. Looks great with ferns, cobra lilies and hydrangeas. Surround with hellebores for spring interest before the waxbell stems emerge.
