Iris ‘Savannah Sunset’ is a tall, fragrant, long blooming, bearded iris with yellow flowers and complementary orange beards.

‘Savannah Sunset’ is a stunning bearded iris with frilly, buttery-orange standards and falls with a complementing tangerine-orange beard. Fragrant and long blooming. This is a tall bearded iris up to 38 inches tall. Excellent for vertical effect in the landscape. Tall Bearded (TB) irises, previously known as Iris germanica, have greyish strap-like, pointed leaves from fleshy rhizomes and tall stems of gorgeous, often fragrant, flowers that come in every colour of the rainbow. Divide every two to three years (or when clumps become congested and flowering decreases) just after blooming. Trim the foliage back to a third and plant the rhizomes at or just below soil level.
