Iris TB ‘Rings True’

Iris 'Rings True' is an ivory white cultivar with pale blue edges to the standards and royal purple edging to the falls.

‘Rings True’ is an ivory white cultivar with pale blue edges to the standards and royal purple edging to the falls. The icy white beards are touched with saffron. Produces up to eight buds per stem. Blooms in the mid season and will rebloom in late summer or fall. Tall Bearded (TB) irises, previously known as Iris germanica, have greyish strap-like, pointed leaves from fleshy rhizomes and tall stems of gorgeous, often fragrant, flowers that come in every colour of the rainbow. Divide every two to three years (or when clumps become congested and flowering decreases) just after blooming. Trim the foliage back to a third and plant the rhizomes at or just below soil level. Deer and rabbit resistant.
