Iris TB ‘Insaniac’

Iris 'Insaniac' has pure white standards and ruffled white falls with intricate purple and burgundy veining.

‘Insaniac’ has pure white standards accented with yellow and ruffled white falls with intricate purple and burgundy veining and a hint of yellow with orange beards. Fragrant. Blooms mid season on 33 inch stems. Tall Bearded (TB) irises, previously known as Iris germanica, have greyish strap-like, pointed leaves from fleshy rhizomes and tall stems of gorgeous, often fragrant, flowers that come in every colour of the rainbow. Divide every two to three years (or when clumps become congested and flowering decreases) just after blooming. Trim the foliage back to a third and plant the rhizomes at or just below soil level. Deer and rabbit resistant.
