‘Center Ice’ has incredibly ruffled pure white standards with ruffled pure white falls with gorgeous warm purple edges. One of the earliest bearded iris to bloom in very early to early season. Each well-branched stem produces up to eight flowers. Tall Bearded (TB) irises, previously known as Iris germanica, have greyish strap-like, pointed leaves from fleshy rhizomes and tall stems of gorgeous, often fragrant, flowers that come in every colour of the rainbow. Divide every two to three years (or when clumps become congested and flowering decreases) just after blooming. Trim the foliage back to a third and plant the rhizomes at or just below soil level. Deer and rabbit resistant.
