Iris TB ‘Bold Print’

Iris ‘Bold Print' has beautifully ruffled white petals with purple-blue margins and light blue beards.

‘Bold Print’ has lovely, ruffled, ivory white standards and falls, highlighted with purple-blue margins and veining and light blue beards. It is an intermediate bearded iris reaching up to 27 inches tall with grey-green sword-shaped leaves. Excellent for vertical effect in the landscape. Tall Bearded (TB) irises, previously known as Iris germanica, have greyish strap-like, pointed leaves from fleshy rhizomes and tall stems of gorgeous, often fragrant, flowers that come in every colour of the rainbow. Divide every two to three years (or when clumps become congested and flowering decreases) just after blooming. Trim the foliage back to a third and plant the rhizomes at or just below soil level. Deer and rabbit resistant.
