Iris TB ‘Bishop’s Robe’
Iris ‘Bishop's Robe’ is a fragrant, two-toned bearded Iris with violet-purple standards, dark purple falls, and yellow beards.

‘Bishop’s Robe’ is an early to mid-season bloomer that will bring a touch of royalty to any garden with violet purple standards and rich royal purple falls highlighted with a golden beard. Provides a stunning impact against softer lilacs and contrasting yellows. A tall, clump forming bearded iris 36 inches tall with green, sword-shaped leaves. Excellent for vertical effect in the landscape. Tall Bearded (TB) irises, previously known as Iris germanica, have greyish strap-like, pointed leaves from fleshy rhizomes and tall stems of gorgeous, often fragrant, flowers that come in every colour of the rainbow. Divide every two to three years (or when clumps become congested and flowering decreases) just after blooming. Trim the foliage back to a third and plant the rhizomes at or just below soil level. Deer and rabbit resistant.
