Hydrangea paniculata Strawberry Sundae/Sundae Fraise is a medium-sized panicle hydrangea growing up to 4-5 feet tall and 3-4 feet wide with strong, burgundy stems holding aloft large conical flower heads that start in shades of creamy white and then age to glowing pink and then strawberry red. Blooms all summer into fall. This is a smaller form of Vanilla Strawberry. Paniculatas are super hardy, bloom on new wood, are fragrant, and make good dried flowers. Cultivar name: ‘Rensun’.
