Hydrangea paniculata ‘Polar Bear’ is a medium-sized panicle hydrangea growing up to 4-5 feet tall and wide with strong stems holding aloft large conical flower heads that start in shades of light green, change to creamy white, and then age to light pink. Blooms all summer into fall. Paniculatas are super hardy, bloom on new wood, are fragrant, and make good dried flowers.
