Hydrangea macrophylla Cityline Mars

Cityline Mars is a dramatic Hydrangea with white edged florets that can range from glowing royal blue to deep pink.

Cityline Mars ‘Ramars’ is a dramatic Hydrangea with variegated, white edged florets that can range from glowing royal blue to deep pink depending on the acidity of the soil. I fell to my knees when I saw it growing in acidic soils where this photo was taken. The Cityline Series are dwarf shrubs growing three feet tall and wide requiring no pruning. It is best if you don’t as they only bloom on old wood. They are perfect for small spaces and even a large pot.
