Hosta ‘White Feather’

Hosta 'White Feather' is one of the most unique hostas anywhere with ghostly white foliage in spring.

Hosta ‘White Feather’ emerges with leaves ghostly white creating a striking spring display. As the leaves mature they warm a little into creamy yellow and then develop streaks of green in the veins providing a striped foliage show. By summer the leaves go completely green. The show starts again the next spring! Lavender flowers. Note: The foliage of young plants is thin and susceptible to damage from frost or drying winds but established plants get sturdier. If we are shipping this plant to you the leaves can also get a little rattled by the humidity in the box. Plant this treasure in a protected location in the garden with overhead cover from shrubs, trees, or garden structures.
