A vigorous sport of H. sieboldiana ‘Elegans’; possibly a tetraploid. Rubbery, corrugated, blue-green leaves have a narrow, yellow thunderbolt down the centre; this flash turns creamy-white by midsummer. Near-white flowers appear on 26 inch scapes in midsummer
