Hippeastrum Sonatini ‘Pink Rascal’

Hippeastrum Sonatini 'Pink Rascal' is a zone 7 hardy amaryllis with white flowers flushed and striped with delicate pink.

The Hippeastrum Sonatini Series is a group of compact amaryllis for the garden hardy to zone 7 that come in a range of colours. The flowers are a little smaller than the indoor cultivars but they produce multiple flowering stems per bulb and bulk up into nice clumps. ‘Pink Rascal’ has white flowers flushed and striped with delicate pink. Mulch in winter with fallen leaves. Where not hardy bring indoors as a houseplant or store bulbs in a dry dark place until spring.
