Hibiscus ‘Red Wine’ provides a tropical look for the late summer garden with an abundance of huge, eye-popping, 6-7 inch diameter, long-lasting, dark red blooms. Stems and foliage are dark purple with deeply cut, lobed leaves with a nice bushy habit of up to five feet tall and wide. Plant in a hot, sunny location with moist soil for best performance. Great in containers too. Late to emerge in spring. Part of the Carousel series. Attracts hummingbirds and pollinators.
