HGC Winter Ballet ‘Leona’ has rich, glowing, near-red, outward-facing flowers with subtle pink mottling around yellow centres that can bloom from December until April! It is derived from a cross of the Christmas rose, Helleborus niger, and the Lenten rose, H. x hybridus. The dark green leathery leaves offer a lush mound below the flowers. Deer resistant. Grow in full sun to part shade.
