David breeds with rare species and prized selections that he personally collected from Elizabeth Strangman, Ashwood Nursery, Blackthorn Nurseries, Gisela Schmiemann, and Phedar Nurseries. This strain will include singles, doubles and anemones, as well as dark reds, spotted pinks, picotees, and apricots. Deer resistant. Perennial Plant of the Year 2005.
