Helleborus x glandorfensis Ice n’ Roses ‘Maddy Marble’
Helleborus x glandorfensis Ice n' Roses 'Maddy Marble' has single, outward-facing creamy white flowers with red picotee edges.

The big, bold and impressive Helleborus ‘Maddy Marble’ belongs to the Marble collection within the Ice N’ Roses series featuring marbled evergreen foliage with upright and outward flowers on red stems. This snow rose has single creamy petals with wine-red picotee edging and yellow stamens. The large foliage is thick, leathery, and dark green forming valuable evergreen mounds. Plants will begin to bloom in December in containers or January in the ground (about a month later than Early Rose) with flowers continuing for many months well into spring. A cross between H. x ericsmithii and H. x hybridus. The Ice n’ Rose series are the largest of hellebores with huge leaves and flowers on tall stems up to 1.5 feet high. They are excellent for containers or the landscape. Plant in full or part sun, not shade. Deer resistant. Often listed as zone 5 but should grow well in zone 4 with a winter mulch of leaves and/or good snow cover. Hummingbird and bee attractor. Deer resistant.
