Hebe hulkeana (syn. ochracea) ‘James Stirling’

 

‘James Stirling’ is a slow-growing, flat-topped, evergreen shrub. The minute, old-gold coloured foliage closely covers the branches, hence the name whipcord hebe. In late spring to early summer it has white flowers at the branch tips.
