Gloriosa greenii

Gloriosa greenii offers greenish yellow to lemon yellow flowers with thick, leathery, lightly rippled petals.

Gloriosa greenii offers greenish yellow to lemon yellow flowers with thick, leathery, lightly rippled petals. Our selection is a deeper lemon form of the species. Gloriosa lily is hardy to zone 8 and possibly zone 7 if soil conditions are dry during dormancy. Try it under the overhang of the house or grow in a pot that is kept dry and frost-free over winter. All parts of the plant are poisonous so no salads! G. greenii’s identity might be G. superba ‘Greenii’.
