Gladiolus papilio 'Ruby' is a hardy glad with stunning, bright magenta red flowers.

Narrow, linear Iris-like foliage and tall wiry stems hold stunning, cupped, bright magenta red flowers with a darker red throat. The intensity and saturation of colour is marvelous. Gladiolus papilio ‘Ruby’ is quite hardy and spreads by underground rhizomes perfect for the mid to back border or containers.
