Filipendula rubra ‘Venusta’

Filipendula rubra 'Venusta' is a tall herbaceous perennial with cloud-like clusters of small, fragrant pink flowers.

Filipendula rubra ‘Venusta’ is known as meadowsweet or queen of the prairie. It is a tall, stately, 4-8 foot high, super hardy perennial with gorgeous, cloud-like, sprays of small pink flowers from deeper pink buds. Both the flowers and the bright green, deeply cut foliage are fragrant.
