‘Jade Dragon’ is an excellent hybrid spurge of E. amygdaloides ‘Rubra’ and E. characias ssp. wulfenii. Think of it as a 3 foot tall wulfenii with lush blue-green, evergreen foliage, deep red new growth, and bright chartreuse flower heads in the summer instead of early spring. There’s nothing else quite like it in the spurges.
