Euphorbia griffithii ‘Fireglow’
Euphorbia griffithii 'Fireglow' emerges like fiery tongues from the dark spring soil.
Each spring the vigorous erect stems of Euphorbia griffithii emerge from the dark soil like fiery tongues warming the hearts of winter-chilled gardeners everywhere. Soon after the flame-orange flowers begin to form. As a mature plant ‘Fireglow’ grows to about three feet tall with red stems and blue-green foliage that turns crimson red in autumn. Wonderful in containers. Clumps get progressively larger with time and can spread into other perennials so keep your eyes on it.
