Echinacea Sombrero ‘Adobe Orange’ is a hybrid coneflower with intense orange flowers with dark orange cones against dark green foliage. The Sombrero Series offers well-branched, dwarf plants which produce lots of flowers all summer long with a mounding habit of 18-20 inches tall and wide. Echinacea in coastal BC should be planted in hot, dry, sunny spots with thin, average to poor soils for best overwintering. Drought tolerant once established. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Deer resistant.
