Echinacea Cara Mia ‘Sands’ is a heavily flowering coneflower with large double blooms with glowing white petals around creamy cones with bright green eyes over a long blooming period from summer to frost. Stems can reach 20 inches tall with dense, dark green foliage. Plant in full sun in average (not overly rich), well-drained soils. Avoid soils that are overly moist in winter. The Cara Mia series offers excellent vigour, high crown count and unique double flowers. Use in mixed beds, at the front of the border, in mass plantings, and in the vase. Deer resistant.
