Disporum sessile ‘Hakkaisan’

Disporum 'Hakkaisan' is a large variegated form of the fairy bell.

‘Hakkaisan’ is a raretively large type of Disporum sessile with cream-white shoots unfolding to reveal leaves with white margins. Found on mount Hakkai, the northern part of Japan. Disporum sessile is a herbaceous species that forms slowly spreading clumps.
