The Delosperma Hot Cakes series offers compact plants completely covered with bright, cheerful flowers in late spring reblooming throughout the season. ‘Tangerine Tango’ has deep reddish orange flowers with icy white centres. Ice plants are long-blooming, carefree, succulent, mat-forming perennials similar to Sedum that thrive in heat, drought and nearly any well-drained soil. Very hardy but protect from winter wet with excellent drainage or overhead cover. Great in containers and on living walls.
