‘Pooh’ is a charming collarette-style mignon type Dahlia with three inch wide, single flowers comprised of bright orange petals tipped with yellow, a ring of small, ruffled, yellow petals, and a golden centre blooming profusely on 3-4 foot stems from summer to frost. Popular with pollinators. Dahlia are hardy to coastal BC’s winter temperatures but not to winter wet. Protect from rain in free-draining soils, plant in pots that can be moved and protected, or lift and store in a cool, dry, frost free location. They are moderately deer resistant. Pollinator friendly.
