Dahlia Dinner Plate ‘Grand Prix’

Dahlia 'Grand Prix' is a dinner plate cultivar with huge lemon-yellow petals with white tips. Spectacular!

‘Grand Prix’ is a dinner plate Dahlia with massive double blooms 8-10 inches across featuring lemony-yellow petals with white frosted tips. It blooms on tall 36 inch stems from midsummer until the first frost. Stunning in borders, garden beds and as cut flowers. Dahlia are hardy to coastal BC’s winter temperatures but not to winter wet. Protect from rain in free-draining soils, plant in pots that can be moved and protected, or lift and store in a cool, dry, frost free location. They are moderately deer resistant.
